William Vickers

 
A twenty-one-year member of the Shaw Festival Acting Ensemble, William Vickers has worked across Canada for major regional theatres including The National Arts Centre and spent three seasons with The Stratford Shakespeare Festival, the largest classical repertory theatre company in North America. Shaw productions include: MAN AND SUPERMAN, DOCTOR'S DILEMMA, THE UNMENTIONABLES and LULU. At Stratford: SHE STOOPS TO CONQUER, LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST and A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM. Other credits include AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE, THE REAL THING, THREE PENNY OPERA, CYRANO de BERGERAC, KING LEAR, TWELFTH NIGHT, THE TAMING OF THE SHREW, MEASURE FOR MEASURE and OTHELLO. William Vickers is a graduate of Bishop's University and The National Theatre School of Canada and makes his home near the village of Queenston on the Niagara River down stream of Niagara Falls, Ontario.
